SURFORITY RETREAT – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Booking & Payment

To secure your spot, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required via Stripe.
Once your deposit is received, our team will contact you to arrange the payment of the remaining balance — either:

  • In one full payment, or

  • Through a custom payment plan, to be completed at least 15 days before the retreat.

Your place is officially confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Deposit
The 30% deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

b. Full Cancellations

  • More than 30 days before the retreat: You may request a 50% refund of the amount paid (excluding deposit), or a 70% credit toward a future retreat (valid for 12 months).

  • 15–30 days before the retreat: No refund, but we can offer a 40% credit toward a future retreat.

  • Less than 15 days before the retreat: No refunds or credits can be offered.

c. Transfer of booking
You may transfer your booking to another person up to 15 days before the retreat. Contact us as soon as possible.

d. If Surf N Slay cancels
If we are forced to cancel due to force majeure, safety, or logistical issues, you’ll be offered the choice of:

  • A full refund, or

  • A 110% credit toward a future retreat (valid for 12 months).

We are not responsible for travel or flight reimbursements — please get insured.

3. Travel, Insurance & Logistics

  • Flights and transport to the retreat location are not included.

  • You are responsible for booking your own travel and arrival on time.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended, covering cancellation, health emergencies, and retreat costs.

  • We cannot be held responsible for flight delays, missed connections, or missed arrival.

4. Health, Safety & Personal Responsibility

By joining Surf N Slay, you confirm that:

  • You are in good physical and mental condition to participate in the activities (surf, yoga, ocean dips, etc.).

  • You understand that all physical activities carry inherent risks and you participate at your own responsibility.

  • You agree to respect yourself, others, and the space at all times.

5. Optional Activities

Some experiences offered during the retreat (e.g. massages, private surf lessons, tarot readings, etc.) are optional add-ons and not included in the retreat price.
They can be booked separately and are subject to availability.

6. Liability Waiver

By attending Surf N Slay, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and release the organiser, team, and partners from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss, except in cases of gross negligence.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide (email, contact details, booking preferences) will only be used for retreat organisation and communication.
We never share or sell your data.
